Altar Server Sign Ups
Beginning immediately, we ask that parents use Sign Up Genius to schedule altar servers for Mass. Please read the instructions carefully before you enter the Sign Up Genius link (below)!
Instructions:
On the first of each month, Sign Up Genius will open for parents to schedule their children for the following month’s Masses. For example, on December 1st 2022, parents can enter Sign Up Genius to reserve their desired Mass(es) for their children to serve the following Month, January 2023.
If by the end of each month, there are still families who have not assigned their children to Masses – leaving open spots, Fathers Karol and Tomasz will assign those servers to fill the schedule.
This altar serving reservation system will be on a first-come first served basis, and its success depends on parents’ cooperation in assigning their children each month in a timely manner. It is our hope that this offers the most flexibility for all families.
Rescheduling:
If you need to change your schedule, you can go into the system again and check for open Masses and make a change. If all Masses are assigned for the month, please use the email address list to request a swap with another family.
