Natural Family Planning is a holistic, completely natural and highly effective method of both postponing and achieving pregnancy, fully in accord with the dignity of the human person. Through NFP, married couples discover God’s beautiful design of human fertility and His plan for married love. Couples learn the science of their fertility and to chart the biological markers on a daily basis. They can then read those signs in light of their prayerful discernment of God’s plan for their unique family.
Guidance is available for engaged couples, married couples who are newlywed, postpartum or those entering menopause. If you are interested, please contact Adrienne at St. Rose Parish.
For more online information and resources please see our dedicated page on the diocesan website Formation Reimagined.
