The Sacrament of Baptism is celebrated at St. Rose on Sundays at 1:00 PM.
Register: In order to celebrate the baptism of your child at St. Rose, you must be a registered member of the parish. If you are asking to celebrate your child's baptism at St. Rose and are not registered at the parish, you must present a letter of permission from the pastor of the parish in which you are registered.
Pre-Baptism Class: Parents are required to complete a pre-baptism online class prior to their child's baptism, and will be provided the online link information by the parish coordinator, Trish McKenzie.
Godparents: Godparents must provide a sponsor certificate from the parish in which they are registered. The qualifications for a godparent include:
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Have received the Sacraments of Baptism, Eucharist and Confirmation
- Attend Mass regularly on weekends and holy days
- If married, must be married according to the laws of the Catholic Church
